The purpose of this Stage 2 - Detailed Campaign Proposal is to provide the Government Advertising and Communication Committee (GACC/the committee) with a detailed explanation of the campaign, including measurable objectives, key messages, research, concept testing, creative approach, and media selection. The submission should also address any feedback provided by the committee when approving the Stage 1 - Campaign Rationale.
Please attach all relevant documentation to support the proposal (e.g. draft creative concepts, research and concept testing reports, storyboards, an example of each type of execution, draft media and digital schedules).
Corporate identity compliance must be reviewed by your departmental corporate identity coordinator before the submission is sent to GACC.
