Please read information below to assist in completing the lodgement of your (campaign) application.
APPROVALS
Please ensure you have Director-General and Ministerial Office endorsement prior to lodging your submission for the relevant stages. Refer to Making a campaign submission for further information.
ATTACHMENTS
Uploading attachments require documents to be saved on your computer, or on a storage device. Please allow enough time for each file to upload before trying to attach another file. Files can be up to 25MB each; however, we do recommend trying to keep files to a maximum of 5MB – the larger the file, the longer the upload time. We do not recommend native files be uploaded. Please include links to these in your creative deck, and these links should not require a password to be used.
SMARTYGRANTS REGISTRATION AND LOGIN
Using individual employee emails is discouraged as submissions cannot be retrieved if an employee has left the department. Please consider a generic email login, so that submissions can be worked on or retrieved. Only one person can be working in the submission at a time using a generic login. Please ensure you save as you go.
AAG GACC MEETINGS AND SUBMISSION DEADLINES
AAG meetings are scheduled around GACC meetings with submission deadlines for both committees remaining the same. Please contact the AAG GACC Secretariat at gacc@premiers.qld.gov.au if you require an extension.
